Vinyasa Yoga (I/II)

Restorative Sound Bath
A meditative class using crystal bowls and healing vibrations to calm the mind, soothe the body, and move stress out. Bring your mat, get comfortable, and let the sounds guide you into deep relaxation.

Restorative Yoga
A calming, supportive practice using props to gently hold the body in restful postures. Focused on breath awareness and releasing tension to restore balance in body and mind.

Pilates For Balance
Using breath-led exercises, slow controlled transitions, and standing balance work, you’ll translate core gains into everyday movement while targeting deep abdominal, pelvic, and back muscles to enhance postural alignment and proprioception.

Qigong

Roll + Restore (75m)
A gentle class that combines slow, controlled mat exercises with breathwork and Yoga Tune Up® rolling techniques to enhance mobility, improve proprioception, release tension, diminish pain, and enhance your night’s sleep.
Best for those able to ambulate independently.
